The Cougars picked up a 3-2 victory over Triton Central tonight! Nathan Roberts got the Cougars on the board first at No. 1 singles with a dominant 6-1, 6-1 victory. Kayden Green and Jack Herrin followed with a 6-1, 6-2 win at No. 2 doubles to give GC a 2-0 lead. Jacob Welch and Andrew White clinched the match at No. 1 doubles, winning 6-4, 6-4. Tonight was also a special night for the Cougars as Nathan Roberts earned his 73rd career varsity win, breaking the previous school record of 72 wins held by Alex Michalek. Congratulations, Nathan, on an incredible accomplishment! And great job, Cougars!
