Greenfield Central Cougars go 1-0 in HHC with a victory over New Castle on the road. The New Castle Trojans travel to GC on Wednesday April 9th for another HHC battle. In the 5-3 victory, Zander Cobb and Cooper Safford each provided 3 hits and both provided 2 rbi's in the victory. Brady Johnson, Dylan Luther, Hayden Kidd, and Gavin Markus each added hits for the Cougars. Parker Rhodes threw 3.2 innings of no hit baseball while striking out 6. Dylan Luther earned the save and also struck out 6 in relief. The Cougars are scheduled to host the Trojans in the HHC rematch on Wednesday April 9th at Molinder Field. The 2-1 Cougars will then travel to Noblesville Friday after the HHC contest with New Castle.
